What counts as an "active user"?
An active user is a team member who completes at least one verified check-in during the billing cycle. If an employee is on leave, inactive, or simply didn't work that month, their account is completely free.
How is my monthly bill calculated?
Your bill is the base plan fee plus a per-user charge for every active user above the included limit. Team-Trak calculates this automatically from your attendance data - no manual counting required.
What is the difference between Starter and Growth?
Starter covers the full operational workflow - scheduling, employee/client/property management, GPS check-ins with optional QR codes, automatic timesheets, a basic dashboard, and exception alerts (5 users included, +$5/extra active user). Growth adds photos, payroll exports, advanced reporting, QuickBooks integration and invoice exports for Xero and Zoho (20 users included, +$4/extra active user).
What does QuickBooks integration mean and which plan includes it?
QuickBooks integration connects your QuickBooks account to Team-Trak so your invoices sync across without re-keying. It is available on the Growth plan and above, alongside invoice exports formatted for Xero and Zoho.
What does Professional add on top of Growth?
Professional adds automated invoicing, multiple manager accounts, branch/location management, API access, priority support, and advanced operational reporting (50 users included, +$3/extra active user).
What is included in the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is custom-priced for larger operations. It includes unlimited or negotiated active user limits, custom integrations, custom reporting, and dedicated support. Contact sales to build a plan around your needs.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
