• Phone number and user role (e.g., admin, employee)

• Real-time GPS location during check-ins and check-outs via mobile apps
• Location is only collected when the app is in active use and permission is granted

c. Usage & Technical Data
• Device type, IP address, and browser metadata
• Login time, QR scans, and check-in timestamps
• Crash and diagnostic reports

d. Billing & Payment Information 
• Stripe processes all payment data securely; we do not store card

3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
• Verify worker attendance and location
• Create timesheets, invoices, and payroll summaries
• Provide access to platform features (based on role)
• Improve service functionality and support
• Fulfil legal and contractual obligations

User data is hosted on GCP servers in the UK and EU. We only transfer personal data outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards.
