2.  Service Description
Team-Trak provides time tracking, attendance verification, and scheduling tools using QR codes, GPS location data, and client-based records. The platform enables users to create digital timesheets, generate payslips, and issue invoices for work carried out on third-party sites.

3.  User Accounts
•   Users must be 18+ and authorized to act on behalf of their business or employer.
•  You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
•   All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

4.  Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes, and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
•  Access or use the Service to infringe on the rights of others
•   Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform
•   Share unauthorized data or upload harmful code

5.  GPS & Location Data
Team-Trak uses location tracking to confirm employee attendance. By using the mobile app, you consent to the collection of real-time GPS data strictly for check-in/out and reporting purposes.

6.  Subscription & Fees
The Service may offer free trials and paid subscriptions. You agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms provided during sign-up. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with platform terms.

7.  Availability & Updates
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary outages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

8.  Data Protection

9.  Intellectual Property

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.
